• You, or a member of your group, must have a valid Regina Public Library card
• Cardholder can have no more than three bookings and/or three hours booked per month.
• Can be booked 2 to 60 days in advance.
• The library cardholder is responsible for any damage to the space or loss of equipment (if applicable).
• RPL does not endorse the views of facility renters, nor does rental to one organization preclude rental to other organizations.

• High-capacity rooms intended for medium to large group bookings.
• Cannot be booked for single person use.
• Technical equipment is available free of charge. A list of available equipment can be found in the room description at the time of booking.
  • Note: staff can provide basic technological support, but we cannot guarantee that AV equipment will be compatible with all systems.

With RPL's mobile printing, you are able to print from a wide variety of devices:

• Black and white copies are $0.20 per page
• Colour copies are $0.50 per page
• Scanning in colour or black and white is free

Colour and black and white printing, copying, and scanning are available at each RPL location.

There are three (3) paper sizes available:

• 8.5” x 11” (letter)
• 8.5” x 14” (legal)
• 11” x 17” (ledger)

Single-sided and duplex printing/copying options are also available.

Scanned documents can be saved to a USB drive or sent to an email address.

Printing is available from any RPL workstation.

1. Place a hold request in your RPL account.
2. Select University of Regina as your ‘pickup branch’.
3. Wait for a notification that your materials have been delivered.
4. Pick up at the RPL self-check station in Archer Library!
5. Drop off RPL materials at Archer Library's help desk, book drop, or any RPL location.

A renewal means to extend the due date of library materials that you have out on loan. Most library items can be renewed, or checked out again, if you haven’t finished with them.

Note: you won't be able to renew an item if a customer has placed a hold on it. 

Some workstations may be reserved for specific dates and times.

Reservations require:

• a valid Regina Public Library card (or valid identification for non-residents).
• an agreement to follow the library’s Internet Access Policy.
