Strategy Map 2026-2028
The Regina Public Library strategy map provides direction for the organization’s priorities. It envisions a desired future and defines actions required to achieve that future.
Led and approved by the RPL Board of Directors, the map identifies RPL’s Aspiration, Mission, Vision, and Values, as well as our Strategic Imperative from 2026 to 2028.
Regina Public Library is committed to the highest level of service delivery to its customers and the people of Regina. As a public library, we’ve worked to ensure the Strategy Map captures recurring themes voiced by the community.
