What is Kanopy Kids?
Kanopy Kids is a curated collection of children's movies, television series, and shorts. Accessing Kanopy Kids does not use any of your monthly play credits. You and your family can enjoy unlimited plays. Parents can also choose to implement parental controls to enable children to stay within the dedicated Kanopy Kids area for age-appropriate content. Viewing films in a group forum is permitted for all films for classroom viewings and most films for non-classroom group settings as long as the viewing is:
by an authorized account and
it is not for commercial benefit (i.e. no admission costs are charged and no profit is made from the screening).
For any film not marked with the PPR symbol, please contact Kanopy directly to confirm if the film is available for a showing to a group forum.
All films have closed captioning and transcripts, and are compatible with screen reader technologies such as JAWS.
Full support for all these features and more is available from Kanopy Help.
