Suggest a Library Program
We are committed to lifelong learning and inspiring creativity and discovery. Our city is full of experts, makers, creative thinkers, and artists of all types.
If you're interested in sharing your knowledge and skills with the community, we invite you to fill out our program proposal form to discover how we can work together to create incredible programs.
While we welcome and review all submissions, we are unable to offer all of the programs suggestions submitted to us.
Guidelines
We seek programs that:
- Inspire curiosity and discovery
- Foster lifelong learning
- Reflect the diversity of the Regina community
- Create space for connection
- Promote the joys of reading
We seek presenters that are:
- Knowledgeable with education and/or experience in the subject area
- Unbiased and able to present information without a commercial intent
- Enthusiastic about sharing their knowledge
- Experienced instructors or presenters
Timelines
You're welcome to submit your proposal at any time. However, the library generally plans programs two to four months in advance. A program proposal that is received and approved in January, for example, may not be presented until May.
Our program release dates are:
- Dec to Feb
- March to May
- June to August
- Sept to Nov

We receive many suggestions for programs and are not able to respond to each submission. We will only be in touch to get more information if we choose to proceed with your program.
Room Rentals
We offer rental spaces if you're interested in hosting your own program or event.
