Millicent Mabi

Millicent Mabi is RPL’s Director of Community Engagement and Programming. She oversees RPL’s Business Services, Indigenous Services, Adult, Young Adults and Children’s Programming, Volunteer Services and Events.

Millicent is also responsible for developing and managing the implementation of a system wide community engagement and partnership strategy. Millicent leads RPL’s work in the community to support the library’s commitment to enhancing the quality of life for underserved populations.
