Presenter Information: Martin Nguyen, a George Brown College graduate in Baking and Pastry Arts Management, has worked at top-tier spots like Bisha Hotel, Hotel X, and Delysse Luxury Desserts in Toronto, Fairmont Château Lake Louise in Alberta. He’s now pursuing his dream of opening his own patisserie. Having lived in Regina for years, he chose the city for its supportive community and as an excellent place to raise his kids.
