Nancy MacKenzie

Executive Director, Customer Experience

Nancy MacKenzie is RPL’s Executive Director of Customer Experience.

She is responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of the Customer Experience strategy, and leading in the creation, oversight, and execution of a customer experience governance and implementation framework.

Nancy came to Regina as the Manager of Community Engagement and Programming where she and her team worked alongside community partners to fulfill RPL’s commitment to enhancing the quality of life in Regina.

Nancy has lived in Regina since 2015 and loves that it has a small-town vibe with big city amenities.
