Cindy Kobayashi

For two decades Cindy has dedicated her life to social change. She is a senior consultant specializing in government relations, governance, facilitation, collective impact, evaluation, social finance, as well as measuring and communicating impact. Cindy currently serves United Way Regina as the Consulting Director of Advancement working in several capacities, including government relations, poverty reduction, Community Building Youth Futures Regina, and the project management of data and technology enhancements of 211 Saskatchewan. She also serves the City of Regina as a senior consultant helping to develop the newly formed Community & Social Impact Regina - a municipal corporation created to address community safety and well-being.

Cindy has worked with all levels of government and provides project management and oversight of government partnership projects including project development, stakeholder engagement and marketing campaigns. Her work allows the opportunity to find innovative solutions and work collaboratively with public, private, and non-profit sectors to address complex social issues. Cindy is passionate about libraries and serving her community through multiple volunteer appointments and roles.
