Language Kits

Language Kits give families a chance to share stories together in multiple languages. Each kit contains bilingual picture books, and a set of toys for interactive learning.

Indigenous Language Kits

Indigenous Language Kits are available in the following languages:

• Ojibwe
• Michif
• Plains Cree

Indigenous Language Learning Packs

Indigenous Language Packs are created by the Provincial Library and Literacy Office for all ages. Each kit contains multiple books for a particular age group (baby and caregiver, toddler, grade school, adult).

Indigenous Language Packs are available in the following languages:

• Cree (Y dialect)
• Swampy Cree (N dialect)
• Woodland Cree (TH dialect)
