Cynthia Girard: The Black Glove and The Peacock

This publication originates from an exhibition shown at Dunlop Art Gallery, June 26 to August 29, 2010. Director/Curator Amanda Cachia invited Montreal artist Cynthia Girard to explore the Folk Art from our Permanent Collection and to create new work in response to what she discovered during the residency. The Black Glove and the Peacock is the final result of Girard's new body of work.
