In summer 2018, Regina artist Madhu Kumar worked with Canadian newcomers of all ages on a series of art projects, exploring a variety of media and processes with goals to support newcomers to feel a sense of place in their community and to increase their well-being through artistic development. This exhibit presents some of the work created during this community engagement project and considers the many experiences of living in a new country.
