George Bothwell Branch first opened its doors to the public in 1995, and operates as a full-service branch within the Regina Public Library system.
This spacious, attractive branch has an inviting seating area with comfortable chairs, lots of natural light, and plenty of lush plants. Visitors to this location can expect to find:
- A wide selection of popular magazines and newspapers
- A diverse and growing collection of over 73,000 books, including Large Print items
- Nearly 3,000 music CDs
- A DVD collection
- A permanent book sale table
- A book drop for items to be returned when the Branch is closed
Computer Workstations
George Bothwell Branch has 7 computer workstations available for public use. Selected computers provide free access to the Web, along with Word, Excel and Powerpoint software. There are also 3 "early literacy" workstations with educational software designated specifically for children.

Meeting Room
This branch has two meeting rooms, and both are available for organizations and community groups to rent for a fee.

Class Visits and Outreach
Teachers are invited to schedule class visits to the Branch and/or arrange for a staff member to pay a visit to area schools.
