How do I get help if I have had vision loss and/or cannot visit the Library due to a physical disability?

Through Outreach Services, Regina Public Library provides special services to people who are homebound and/or have a reading disability, vision loss or a physical disability.

Outreach Services staff schedule one-on-one consultations with patrons to determine their needs and interests so they can then make recommendations as to the most appropriate items to borrow from the Library.

Outreach Services include:

• Walk-in service
• Homebound service
• Institutional and private care home service
